Caravelles and Explorer: A Closer Look
The Caravelles (girls) and Explorers (boys) are our teenage scouts. In their meetings, they plan and carry out activities. The youth bring their own ideas to the table, make decisions, create a plan, and then put it into action. At every step, they are actively supported and encouraged by their scout leaders. Afterward, they discuss their experiences to learn from them. Anything is possible!
Boundless
Caravelles and Explorers strive to realize their interests. It's important to be able to make a difference together with others and to experience a sense of belonging not only at home but also across borders and cultures. International meetings (jamborees), youth exchange projects, and the like give young people the chance to experience intercultural living firsthand. Over 30 million scouts worldwide make this possible!
Open to Inspiration
Caravelles and Explorers are seeking to find their own values. They are supported by their scout leaders to experience themselves and not to get stuck in their achievements. This promotes the development of the youth's initiative and creativity. The teenagers receive impulses that give them support for their own decisions. Experiences should be gained. He who dares, wins!
